Her Excellency, Dr. Nafisa Nasir Idris of Kebbi State, Her Excellency Hajiya Zulaihat Dikko Radda of Katsina State, and Her Excellency Hajiya Huriyya Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State, were honoured for their exceptional commitment to advancing humanitarian causes and improving the lives of the vulnerable in their respective States.
