In its quest to better the lives of Almajiri in the state, NANAS foundation (the brain child of Dr Nafisa Nasir) has distributed food items and clothes to 200 Almajiri in Kardi and Huda districts of Birnin kebbi local government.
The NANAS team visited two Almajiri schools in Kardi where food and clothing were distributed as this will go along way in providing succur to the Almajiri considering the weather we are in.
NANAS foundation has over the years been touching the lives of Almajiri in the state and the team promised to continue with the gesture for humanity. The head teacher of one of the schools Liman Sodangi Kardi commended the wife of the Governor Dr Nafisa Nasir for the gesture and called on well to do in the society to emulate her and prayed to Allah to guide her and the government of her husband towards bettering the lives of the less privileged in Kebbi State.
