The wife of the Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nafisa Nasir Idris Founder Nanas Foundation has shown her compassionate side by extending a helping hand to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Ambursa and Bayan Oando camp in Birnin Kebbi.
In a bid to alleviate the economic hardship and burden faced by IDPs during the holy month of Ramadan, Dr Nafisa Nasir Idris sent her entourage to the camps with food items support. The gesture aims to ensure that the IDPs can celebrate Sallah with ease and without worrying about their basic needs.
The distribution of food items to the IDPs is part of Dr Nafisa Nasir’s ongoing efforts to support vulnerable populations in Kebbi State and provide relief during challenging times. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the support and thanked Dr Nafisa Nasir Idris for the generosity and kindness stating that this is not the first time.
Dr Nafisa Nasir Idris remains committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the less privileged in Kebbi State and will continue to support those in need.
