Internally Displaced Persons in Ambursa and Bayan Oando have expressed kudos to Her Excellency, Hajiya Nafisa Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) for her relentless efforts in mitigating the hardship they are experiencing.
To this end, Her Excellency, Hajiya Nafisa Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) has distributed food items and clothing materials to two IDP camps in Birnin Kebbi and Ambursa.
Her Excellency, Hajiya Nafisa Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) promised that more support is coming God willing in order to make them feel at home.
While urging them to make judicious utilization of the items, she also seek farvent prayers for the progress of the state and the country as a whole.
Speaking at the occasion, Sole Administrator of Ambursa Alhaji Dahiru Nayaya applauded the gesture while praying for successful tenure.
Nayaya equally described the State Governor Dr. NASIR IDRIS as a leader who always has the plight of masses at heart.
On his part, District Head of Ambursa, Alhaji Isah Haruna Rasheed thank the donor while urging others to emulate the kind gesture.
He itemized some of the demands of the IDP CAMP as well as Ambursa town, which are generator and a Clinic for the Camp while the seeking for repositioning of Ambursa main market and motor park.
Immediately after the request, D.G. Campaign women wing Hajiya Tsahara Bawa made a public pronouncement that a Generator set will be instantly donated for IDP.
Speaking on behalf of the IDPs, one of the beneficiaries Nafisa expressed delight saying they have been seeing her support they were not able see her to say thank you, but today they overwhelmed to see her in their domain.
She prayed for the donor and promised their continued support and prayers to present administration.
